Admission Requirement Candidate should possess at least SSCE, NECO GCE Ordinary Level or NABTEB in not more than two sittings, with a minimum of credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry. Any Candidate who does not satisfy the above requirement for admission needs not apply.

NAUS CONDEMNED ATTACK ON STUDENT UNION PRESIDENT BY THE AGENTS OF GOVERNOR SAMUEL ORTOM OF BENUE STATE The attention of the leadership of National Association of University Students' (NAUS) had been drawn to the attack made by the agents of Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State against comrade Bobby,student union president of Benue State University,Markurdi during the emergency congress called yesterday by the leadership of student union to decide the next line of action on the strike. The university student body see the action of the Governor of Benue State as ungodly,uncalled for and total embarrassing. NAUS therefore pass a vote of no confidence on Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State for his lackadaisical attitude towards the student leaders in the state. The association hereby advise the Governor to resolve the crisis rocking in the state owned university within two weeks and failure of which would lead to a protest. Due to the stoppage experienced during the 2014/2015 harmattan examinations, it is imperative to inform the LAUTECH community of the changes this had brought to the examination schedule. NON-CBT EXAMS Courses unaffected by the break shall commenced as scheduled on the Timetable, starting from Tuesday July 21, 2015, immediately after the Ramadan holidays. The affected examinations (i.e. those between Monday July 13 and Monday, July 20) have now been rescheduled to hold between Monday August 3, 2015 and Monday August 10, 2015. UPDATE: LAUTECH Strike Called Off! Deadline For Payment Of Fees Extended as Examinations Continue.

According to the Ag. Registrar, J.A Agboola, the portals will be left open till August 10, giving students extra grace to pay their fees, and the suspended examinations will commence will full effect from Tuesday, July 21 (for 100-Level Students).
