The “Outstanding Students’ Choice Awards of Recognition” final nominees list is out. See full categories and their nominees below.
Voting will be taking place today Monday, August 18 and tomorrow Tuesday, August 19 at 1200 LT from 10am to 4pm.
The voting process is very simple.
All students are eligible to vote for any of the nominees, provided they can present their school ID Card or any other school identification document or card e.g Library, Department, Faculty or union I.D card. Winners will emerge through the decision made by majority of the students.

Each nominee will be allotted voting code which they are expected to share with the electorates who will subsequently vote for their favorites. These codes will also be made available at the polling centre for all electorates to see.
Online and SMS voting methodology were dropped to avoid favouritism, manipulation and also to prevent external influence in the award process.
All students are eligible to vote for any of the nominees, provided they can present their school ID Card or any other school identification document or card e.g Library, Department, Faculty or union I.D card. Winners will emerge through the decision made by majority of the students.
Please note that we have a strong value of impartiality and integrity. The students’ vote SHALL count, because that is what makes it OSCAR®. While integrity is the watchword, the awards will be presented on merit based on the popular decision of the students in general.
Votings holds on August 18 & 19. Nevetheless, the date, venue, time an voting code (for each nominees) will be communicated to all the nominees and electorates. Thanks.
